THE ASK:

Lead Instructional Designer for Annalect, the analytics branch of Omnicom Media Group. My responsibilities with Annalect were similar to my role with IPG; global training and on-boarding programs for internal and external clients. While with Annalect, I managed L&D projects for Apple, EA Sports, Proctor & Gamble, VW Group, etc. I also developed several key learnings for Annalect’s proprietary DMP,  Annalect U, Annalect’s internal Blog, and many other pillars of their organization. Most notably during my time with Annalect, I was able to co-author the analytics training curriculum that helped Annalect’s win a $2.6 billion P&G account!
